1. Service
Keyvos Helpdesk ("Service") is provided by Infocube PC (VAT: 997702360), located at 364 Irakleiou Avenue, Athens, Greece. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- SLA: 99.9% uptime, contractually guaranteed
- Billing: Month-to-month or annual (discounted)
- Base plan: €100/month for 5 users + add-ons available
2. Acceptable Use
Allowed
- Customer support operations
- Internal team communication
- Legitimate business purposes
Not Allowed
- Spam or email abuse
- Illegal activity
- Third-party data violations
3. Payment & Refunds
- Charged immediately upon sign-up
- Accepted: Credit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, bank transfers (annual)
- 30-day money-back guarantee - once per account
- Cancellation: Service continues until end of billing period
4. Data Ownership
You own your data. Export anytime in JSON/CSV format. After cancellation, data retained for 6 months then permanently deleted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Security & Retention
- TLS 1.3 in transit + AES-256 at rest
- EU data centers - data stays in EU (unless China datacenter chosen)
- Active accounts: Retained indefinitely
- Cancelled accounts: 6 months, then permanently deleted
